Control function of the Russian state

In the paper the state control has been considered as one of the functions of the state power. The division of a power institution has been shown as a tool of mutual control. The control function within the executive branch of power has been described specifically. The control activity of some state bodies, not related to the state power institutions has been examined. The question of their system quality and effectiveness has been highlighted.

On the subject of the theory of state and right

The paper considers some contradictory opinions of Russian scientists on the subject of the theory of state and right and the reasons of these differences. The author has given the methodological approaches to the necessary correction of the subject of the theory of state and right and its definition accounting interdisciplinary social sciences.
